Funeral services for Joseph Martin Chapman, 90, retired blacksmith of Pulaski, who died on January 7 at the home of a son, Joe Hicks Chapman, at Mayodan, N. C., were held the following day at the Baptist Church near Madison, N. C., with burial taking place in the Municipal Cemetery in Mayodan.
Mr. Chapman is also survived by another son, Roy B. Chapman, Chattanooga; and two grandchildren, Jackie Chapman and Barbara Ann Chapman, Mayodan.
