Mrs. Chaffin was born July 10, 1882 at Essex, Mo. She is survived by her husband and three children, Eddie Chaffin, Flodia Burch and Addie Moody, all of Caruthersville. In addition there are three sisters, Mrs. Tate Wilkerson of Belle City, Mo., Mrs. Ellen Sides of Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Sisie Sides of Portland, Oregon. One brother, John Winstead, lives at Leachville, Ark.
The deceased was a member of the general Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held Saturday, September 1st at the Pilgrim Holiness church, conducted by Rev. Roy F. Bradley. Interment was at Little Prairie cemetery.

Deceased was a member of the Baptist church and said to be a very good woman. Funeral services were held Sept. 1st at the Pilgrim Holiness church, conducted by the Rev. Roy F. Bradley. Interment was at Little Prairie cemetery.
