Edgar is survived by three children: Mrs. Catherine Brock and Sterling Parks of Niantic, and George Parks of Chicago; three brothers, Sheldon Parks of Harristown, J.A. Parks of Decatur, and S.M. Parks of Cleveland, Ohio; two sisters, Miss Ella Parks and Mrs. Clay Baer, both of Decatur.
His wife and one daughter, Mrs. Frank Himstedt preceded him in death.
