Edward F. "Frank" Austin, 77. Of Pensacola died Thursday, April 18, 1996. Mr. Austin was a native and had lived most of his life In Pensacola. He was a former resident of Birmingham, Ala. He was a member of the Boaz Baptist Church in Boaz, Ala. He was a veteran of World War II. He was preceded In death by his wife, Inez M. Austin and a granddaughter, Leann Ray. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Mary E. and Ronald L. Ray of Oxnard, Calif.; daughter, Marie A. Corker of Pensacola; stepson and his wife, Thomas l and Ellen Jones of Birmingham, Ala.; four grandchildren, Robert E. and Richard E. Corker and Jeff and Lee Jones; five great-grandchildren; a brother, J.C. Austin of Pensacola; a sister, Ruby Soloman of Virginia Beach, Va.; and numerous nieces and nephews. : Mr. Austin will be taken to the Lemley Funeral Home in Oneonta, Ala. Graveside services and burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday fn Oneida. Faith Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
