Mae M. Brandt, 74, of Route 1, died Monday at a local hospital following a brief
illness.
Miss Brandt was a lifelong resident of the farm where she was born. She was a member
of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
Surviving is a brother, Paul Brandt of Council Bluffs.
Funeral services will be at 3pm Wednesday at the Meyer Funeral Home. The Rev. Clemens
Hartfield, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, will officiate. The casket
will be closed at the beginning of the service. Burial will be in Plumer
Settlement Cemetery.
