Jesse was the 5th child born to Jacob and Catherine Bargain Kinsinger. He had 9 siblings, Susanna (1846-1906), John Liberty (1848-1931), Emily S (1850-1920), Thomas Jefferson (1852-1910), Levi Jackson ( 1856-1935), James Monroe ( 1857-1936), Samuel Issac (1860-1940), William Henry (1862-1886) and Ida Rebecca ( 1865-1936). He was a hard working man, at times as a farmer, general laborer or janitor at his church. He was the father of seven children: Dennis Lee ( 1881-1948) the oldest, Hattie Belle (1883-1926), George Israel (1886-1964), Mary Agnes (1889-1974), Fredick ( 1892-1893,died in infancy), Naomi I. (1895-1986) and Myrtle Winifred (1900-1986). He married Clara Ann Bard (1859-1919), December 25, 1879 in Erie Pa.
