Mr. Fulker was born Nov. 12, 1912, at Keats. He worked for various dairies, Western Star Mill and Twin Valley Nursery. He attended Kansas State University and was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church where he was a Deacon, Sunday school teacher and choir member.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Bruce Fulker and the former Marietta Mann; his first wife, Selma Marty Fulker, in 1960; his second wife, Eileen Wehling Fulker, on Sept. 22, 2003; a son, Charles; a sister, Wilma Fulker Wells; and a brother, Leroy.
Survivors include two daughters, Karen Fulker Eye and Reta Fulker Olson; a daughter-in-law, Jane Fulker; two sisters-in-law, Ernestine Watson and Trinah Cochran; grandchildren, Kristi Hartwell, Kurt Eye, Lori Krus, Mark Fulker, Eric Olson, and Carl Olson; a stepson, Robert Wehling; a stepdaughter, Anne; a stepgrandson, Geoff Wehling; six great-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The funeral was held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, the Rev. Kent Happel officiating.
Burial was in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.

Visitation was at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
