A loving father, he went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 13, 2009. He was 34 years old, a native of Galvez and a resident of Prairieville. He was cremated. Arrangement by Ascension Funeral Home, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales.
He was survived by his wife Cerissa Avara Roddy, a son, Dakota Dale Roddy and a daughter, Chenoa Marie Roddy, his parents Arnos Ray "T-Boo" Roddy and Patricia Walker Roddy, a brother and sister- in- law, Trampas and Brandace Roddy of Prairieville, a sister and brother- in-law, Angel and Jason Brignac of Prairieville, Louisiana. He was also survived by two nieces, Hannah Brignac and Jalyn Brignac and a nephew, Kyle Brignac.
Preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph Thomas " J.T. " Roddy Sr. and Almie Lambert Roddy, Sammy H. Walker and Elaine Wall Walker.
