Mrs. L.M. Spinks died very suddenly at her home in Llano. Mrs. Spinks came to Texas from Georgia and for 25 years has made her home in Llano County. She moved to Llano with her husband several years ago. He preceded her in death. She was a faithful member of the Baptist Church and a most consistent Christian woman. Survived by her step-children - P.D. Spinks, I. F. Spinks, Jim Spinks, Verna Spinks, Homer Spinks, Wess Spinks, Mrs. J.B. Winler; many grandchildren. Services were held at the Methodist Church in Valley Spring. At the graveside, the Order of Eastern Star held their service.
