Greatgrandson Gabriyel Williams (FAG 66730800)∼Barton Williams, 75, beloved husband, father and grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on Wednesday, December 14, 2016.
He entered this world on August 11, 1941 in St. Louis, Missouri, born to Sylvester and Dorothy Williams. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Williams; son, Rodger; daughter, Laurie; three grandsons, Carl, Jonathanand TJ; one great-granddaughter, Sophia; one sister, Beverly, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Ronald, Wayne and Gilbert Williams.
Barton graduated from Elsberry High School in 1959. He then served in the Air Force from 1959 to 1963. He was employed by NCR Corporation for almost 40 years, and attended church at Hope Eternal of Abilene.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, December 17, at Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 Hwy 277 South. Visitation will be 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, December 16, 2016 at Elmwood Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Elmwood Memorial Park.
