Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Lovaas

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Lovaas, 78, passed away suddenly at her home in River Falls, Sunday, November 9. She was born October 28, 1874, daughter of Frank and Sarah Hunter of Rush River. In the year 1900, she was united in marriage to Iver Lovaas.

She is survived by four daughters: Sarah (Mrs. Ira Wilhelm) of River Falls, Constance (Mrs. Gust Rudenick) of St. Paul, Minn., Erma (Mrs. Matthew Alban) of Chicago, Ill., and Genevieve (Mrs. Otto Rudenick), of St. Paul, Minn. She also leaves seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one sister, Susan, and a brother, William, of Baldwin. Her husband and two brothers preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, November 12, 1:30 p.m. at the Davis-McLaughlin Funeral Home and at 2:30 p.m. at the New Centerville Church with Rev. Nulton officiating. Interment was made in the New Centerville cemetery. - River Falls Journal
