Her parents were Henry Algernon and Mary Abigail Wheelock Hills and was in the 1870 and 1880 census for Calamus, Dodge, WI. She married William Richard Minor 3 Feb 1884 Cherokee, IA. They moved to Canton, SD about 1887 and Kenah began to suffer from consumption (TB) and died. Her body was returned to Iowa and buried at the Aurelia Cemetery, Cherokee Co. IA
