Harley Ivan Markham, 74, Brewster, died Thursday at Harmony House.
He was born in Idaho on April 5, 1906, and married Elizabeth Sampson in Hunters, Wash., on Sept. 12, 1925. He was a rancher and worked for the state Department of Natural Resources in Hunters until 1972, when he moved to Brewster.
Mr. Markham was a member of the IOOF in Hunters and a member of the Senior Citizens in Brewster.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth, at home; one daughter, Harlene Brisbois, Brewster; one son, Edwin Markham, Saugus, Calif.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held Monday, Jan. 5, from the Barnes Chapel, Brewster, with Rev. Ray Glessner officiating. Burial services in the Brewster Cemetery. Arrangements by Barnes Chapel.
