Mrs. Mary Lankford Lovin, 76, of Tellico Plains, Route 3 died at 2:15 pm Sunday.
In addition to her husband, Awk Lovin, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Earl Young of Madisonville, Mars. Fred Beaty of Sweetwater and Mrs. R.O. Thompson, Erie; five sons, Jeff Lovin of Knoxville, Gus of Tellico Plains, Elvie, of Vonore, Harve of West Virginia and Will of Kentucky, 25 grandchildren, several great grandchildren; brother Charlie Lankford, Georgia; Sisters, Mars. Lillie Holder of Georgia, Mrs. Margaret Craig and Mars. Kate Morgan of Virginia.
Funeral services occurred at 10 am Wednesday at Miller's Chapel Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. James Thomas and Rev. Beecher Miller officiated.
