Andy Oliver, 49, entered into rest on Wednesday, August 19, 2009.

Mr. Oliver was born on January 24, 1960 in Jacksonville, Florida. A 1978 Warner Robins High School Honor graduate, he received a Bachelor degree from the University of Georgia in 1982. He worked at Robins Air Force Base as an Item Management Specialist in the F-15 Division, and then in Joint Stars until his retirement after nineteen years of service. He attended Calvary Chapel Heartland and was a former member of Trinity United Methodist Church. His faith and passion for Christ guided him in all that he did and was transparent to all who knew or met him. Faithful and earnest prayer was the foundation of his life. His father, Alfred Thomas Oliver, and step-father, Charles "Billy" Smith, preceded him in death.

He will be loved and missed by his wife, Sheila Inman Oliver, Warner Robins; daughters, Hannah Stockill (Samuel), Bradford, United Kingdom, and Rachel Oliver, Warner Robins; son, Ethan Oliver, Warner Robins; mother, Betty Lucille Smith, Warner Robins; sister, Kimberly Oliver Prewett, Bakersfield, California; step-sisters, Terri Orsburn, Chattanooga, Tennessee; Ann Harmon, Ringgold; step-brothers, Chuck Smith, Jacksonville, Florida, and Mike Smith, Warner Robins; numerous nieces and nephews.
