Mr. Jenkins attended Conestoga United Church of Christ and was recently attending St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Manheim. Mr. Jenkins proudly served our country in the United States Army from 1963 until 1966, where he was a Special Agent of the Army Intelligence Corps assigned to the Pentagon Counterintelligence Force.
