Deceased was born at Summitville, September 1, 1866, a daughter of Hiram Kuykendall and Margaret Terwilliger Kuykendall.
On June 30, 1893, she was united in marriage to Daniel B. Adams. She is survived by her husband and two sons: Samuel K. and Ward W.; three sisters, Mrs. Sarah D. Jordan, of Boston, Mass.; Mrs. George W. Boyce, of Summitville; Mrs. Charles Irwin, of Kingston; one brother, Alvin T. Kuykendall, of Summitville.
Mrs. Adams was a devout member of the Methodist Episcopal Church. A woman of genial nature, a true friend, a loving mother and wife, and a person highly respected in this neighborhood, where she had always lived.
Funeral services were held Monday at one o'clock at her late home. Interment in family plot, Poplar Grove cemetery, Phillipsport.
