Carl Kenneth Overton, 73, of Jasper died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2002, at his residence.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 3, 2003, at Nichols Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Bill Franks Wilson officiated. Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs directed.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Overton of Jasper; son, Carl Kenneth Overton Jr. of Decatur; daughters, Doris Bell of Double Springs and Joyce Humphries of Jasper; sister, Elsie Terry of Trinity; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
