She has one sister, Sherry Marie of Oklahoma, and one brother, Terry Lee of California, two step-sisters, Carol Ann and Toni Jean. Penny, was first married to Carey Alan Cook, they were married on July 5, 1979. They had three daughters, Jennifer Dawn, Jamie Kay, and Lamine Cook, and a grand-daughter Faith Cook all of California. Second marriage to Kevin J. Downs, they had one daughter, Chelsea Marie and one son, Kevin James, all of California. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and a host of friends.
