Mrs. Dixon Suicides.

Mrs. Cora A. Dixon, widow of Joe Dixon, deceased, was found dead in the barn at her home near Davis last Sunday afternoon. Indications point to suicide. A bullet from a small target rifle entered her forehead, and a razor laid at her side. The deed was done some time between 2 and 5 p.m. Sunday, and she was found by her son when he returned home and was putting his horse up. Financial troubles, coupled with the death of her husband last year, is the supposed cause of her despondency.

The funeral was not held till Thursday, awaiting the arrival of her mother, Mrs. Pullen, from Tennessee. The deceased leaves three children, William, age 19, Dora age 17, and Clovis, age 9 years, besides a number of relatives and host of friends to mourn her departure. She was 42 years of age.
