Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Ziegelbauer, 99, formerly of Johnsburg, and a resident of Villa Loretto Nursing Home, Mount Calvary, will be held on Friday at 10 a.m., at Huss Funeral Home, St. Cloud, and at 10:30 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Johnsburg.
The Rev. Walter Orzechowski will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Marytown.
Friends may call Thursday after 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ziegelbauer died Monday, Dec. 5, 1988, at the nursing home.
She was born born Jan. 17, 1889, in Johnsburg a daughter of Christ and Eva Krebsbach Bertram. On November 25, 1913, she married Moritz Ziegelbauer in Johnsburg.
Mrs. Ziegelbauer and her husband, farmed in the Marytown area. She resided at the Coach House in Johnsburg before becoming a resident at the nursing home seven years ago. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Johnsburg and the church's Altar Society.
Survivors include five sons; Raymond and his wife, Florence of Mequon; Severin and his wife, Mary and Bernard and his wife, Clorissa, all of Chilton, Orville and his wife, Elaine, of Fond du Lac and Alfonse of Milwaukee; one daughter, Marie Karls and her husband, Mike of Chilton; 38 grandchildren; 63 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Preceding her in death were husband, in 1960, five brothers, six sisters, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren and one daughter-in-law Rosaline Stephany Ziegelbauer.
