DR. AMACKER DIES AT PRENTISS
Dr. O. H. Amacker, age 62, a native of Pearl River County, died in the Jeff Davis Hospital at Prentiss Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 after a period of illness.
Funeral services for Dr. Amacker will be conducted in the First Baptist Church of Prentiss at 3:00 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in the Prentiss cemetery.
Dr. Amacker was born and reared in Pearl River County and has many friends in this area who will be shocked to learn of his death.
Survivors include his wife; one son, O. H. Amacker, Jr., of New York; one brother, W. W. Amacker of Poplarville; and three sisters, Mrs. E. R. Holden of the White Sand community, Mrs. Otto Wheat of the Buck Branch community, and Mrs. H. A. Bennett of Lumberton.
