Funeral services for Joseph Anthony Butler, Sr. will be conducted Saturday at 10 a.m. from Bradford O-Keefe Funeral Chapel in Biloxi, followed by burial in Evergreen Cemetery in Ocean Springs. Butler, 82, a merchant seaman and a resident of 242 Woodland Circle in Ocean Springs, died Thrusday at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula. He wa a veterann of World War I and a member of St. Alphonsus Church in Ocean Springs. HE is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Ann Crawford Butler of Ocean Springs; one daughter, Mrs. Joyce Hauser of Dayton, Ohio; three sons, Joseph Anthony Butler, Jr., Charles L. Butler of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Donald R. Butler, Sr. of Biloxi; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
