Sabrina Angelina/Angeline Jones was born 18 Jul 1847 in Cooper County, MO to James Madison Burns and his first wife, Nancy Ann King. (Nancy Ann's burial place is unknown, but she is believed to have died in Texas after 1880.)

Sabrina is buried at the current-day Nobles Ranch, located across the highway from the Bethel Cemetery in Camp Air/Katemcy, Mason County, TX. She died of appendicitis, according to her son, Floyd Meek Jones, and was buried outside the walls of the family cemetery of the owners of the ranch on which her husband was working at the time.

Her children are: Roxie Anna, Laura Laverta, Floyd Meek, Essie Neoma, Thomas Dice "Dicie."

Sabrina has many descendants, who live in TX, NM, WA, and other states.

Gravesite Details

According to her son, Floyd, this gravestone is a cenotaph in honor of Sabrina. She is actually buried across the highway at what is known as the Nobles Ranch. A stone has been placed in that small family cemetery on the property, also as a cenotaph
