She is survived by two sons, Joseph Bent and wife, Patti Authement Bent, of Houma and Charles Albert Bent and wife, Reiko Bent, of Victorville, Calif.; one daughter, Mary Bent Callais of Houma; one brother, Ralph J. Lirette Sr. of Houma; eight sisters, Ella Lirette Ford of Patterson, Pearl Lirette Duplantis, Bella Lirette Deroche, Grace Lirette Zeringue, Ruth Lirette Hebert, Dorothy "Dot" Lirette Hebert, Shirley Lirette Allemand and Lillie Lirette Allemand, all of Houma; eight grandsons, Charles R. Bent of Reno, Nev., Joseph Michael Bent of Fullerton, Calif., Chad Kelly, Joseph Lynn Bent, Jason L. Bent, Jean P. Hebert, Justin L. Bent and Michael "Mackie" Callais, all of Houma; four granddaughters, Patricia Ann Bent of Portland, Ore., Chloe Kelly, Kayla Kelly and Annie Callais, all of Houma; four great-granddaughters, Jade Cuneo, Sydney Austin, Taiah Hebert and Angelina Caruso; and three great-grandsons, Nicholas Vannoy, Gianni Kelly and Michael Bent.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Luby Guidry, and second husband, Joseph Walter Bent; her parents, Henry Joseph Lirette and Lilly LeBouef Lirette; three brothers, Herbert A. Lirette, Paul H. Lirette and Avery J. Lirette.
She was a retired grocery retailer. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of American and a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
