She married John S. Belford and they lived in Ohio, Wisconsin and Illinois before their last move to Kaufman Co., Texas.
Ann had twelve known children. William died as an infant (1848-1848) and James died during his service in the Civil War (1844-1863). All the remaining family grew to adulthood and married, with the exception of Ella, who entered the convent and remained a nun until her death in 1933.
