Mrs. Linder had fell in her home the previous week and suffered a hip fracture, and the shock was too great for her advanced age.
Deceased was born July 4, 1875, in Germany the daughter of Theodore and Marie Brandt and came to America at the age of three, and spent the entire balance of her life in and around Reinbeck.
She was married to Marcus Linder, February 23, 1900. The couple lived on their farm north of Reinbeck until they retired in 1927 moving to Reinbeck.
They were the parents of ten children, two passing away in infancy. The husband died on April 10, 1929. One son Fritz died in 1927. The living children are: Victoria Wood; Elmer; LeRoy; Francis Witt; Lester, George and Clarence, all of Reinbeck.
Also preceding her were one sister and three brothers. Surviving also are three brothers: Theodore, Reinbeck; Otto, Traer; and the whereabouts of Carl is unknown. Fifteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
