Son of John H. and Anna (Prochaska) Lukas and wife of Lena Lavina Schmidt.

Frank Lukas Services Nov. 24
Frank Robert Lukas, who was a life time resident of this area passed away November 21, 1981 at the Mary Lanning Hospital in Hastings. Mr. Lukas was born on August 11, 1901 in Webster County.
The services for Mr. Lukas were held at the Merten Butler Chapel on Tuesday, November 24 at 2:00 p.m. Charles Lukas and Virgie Gildersleeve sang while Mrs. Faith Kamm played the organ. Rev. Steven Todd officiated.
Pallbearers were Russell Willems, Royal Roskilly, Jerry Frazier, Robert Berlie, Alfred Oye and Joe Lamborn. The interment was at the Blue Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Lena; two daughters, Mrs. Gene (Joan) Parnell from Effingham, KS and Mrs. Wilden (Roberta) Turner of Smith Center, KS; four grandchildren; three brothers, Stein Lukas of Blue Hill, John Lukas of Red Cloud, Joseph Lukas of Gresham, Oregon; four sisters, Nettie Pruess, Brighton, Colorado, Anna Check of Longmont, Colo., Emilie Bennett of Montrose, Colo., and Rose Baker of Red Cloud.
