Andrew, of Fredericksburg, Indiana, passed away in his residence at the age of 83 years, 7 months and 26 days. He was the son of the late Herbert Mason Ford and Catherine Elizabeth (Ford) Ford.

Andrew married June 18, 1949 to Margaret J. (Askins) Ford, who survives. He retired in 1982 from Reynolds Metals in Louisville, Kentucky, served in World War II as a Private in the US Army, had been a resident of Washington County for the past 29 years and was formerly of Louisville, Kentucky.

Survivors include one daughter, Cherie A. (Michael) Betke of Kalamazoo, Michigan; three sons: Herb A. Ford, Andrew W. Ford Jr. and Nicholas (Ruth) Ford all of Salem, Indiana; one sister, Ivy (Arthur) Cutiff of Scottsdale, Kentucky; one sister-in-law, Barbara Ford, of Big Cliffy, Kentucky; sixteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
