The funeral of Lee Hammack, 68, former Lamar and Fannin county resident, will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Gene Roden & Sons chapel and burial will be made at Tigertown, where he was born.
The Rev. Forrest Collins, Los Angeles, Calif., formerly of Paris, has charge. Pallbearers being Jess Hodnett, Tom Martin, John Strother, Sam Wood, Tom Lochridge and L.A. Johnson.
Mr. Hammack died March 23 in Los Angeles, Calif., where he moved about 30 years ago. He was a son of the late T. J. and Helen Hammack, and was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
He married Miss Lizzie Cannon and she survives besides four sons and a daughter and these brothers and sisters; T.J. (Jeff) Hammack and Mrs. S.A. Warren, Honey Grove; Joe Hammack and Mrs. T Bryant, Paris; R.V. (Bob) Hammack, Garland and Will Hammack of Paris.
