. Leonard E. Aber, 82, of 211 West South St. city, died at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday at Highland District Hospital.
. The son of Thomas Aber and Addie Wilkin Aber, he was born in Highland County Nov. 13, 1893. He had worked at the old C.S. Bell plant for many years.
. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; one son, Carl, Hillsboro, and two great-grandchildren.
. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Lynchburg Masonic Cemetery. The Rev. Brent Bill will officiate. There will be no visitation. The Hope Miller Funeral Home is in charge.
