Mary Etta Craig
CLINTON--Services for Mary Etta Craig, 90, 222-1/2 Elm St., who died Wednesday evening at Vermillion County Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Frist Funeral Home, with the Rev. Wayne McLaughlin officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery with graveside services conducted by Pocahontas Lodge. Friends may call at the funeral home where the VFW Auxiliary will conduct memorial services at 7 p.m. Friday.
Surviving are three daughters, Ruby Nardi and Virginia Ricketts, both of Clinton, and Alberta Ersbo of Prentice, WI; two sons, Robert of Champaign, IL, and Ray of Rosedale; a brother, Dalvie Runnels of Fontanet; two sisters, Margaret Trueblood of Fontanet and Essie Cox of Mt. Etna; several nieces and nephews; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and several step-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Clinton and a charter member of VFW Auxiliary and Eagles Auxiliary. She was also a member of Hoosier Grandmothers Club, Half Century Club, Fellenger American Legion Auxiliary of Rockville, Leon Van Schepper DAV Auxiliary, Vermillion County Senior Citizens Club and Pocahontas Lodge of Clinton.
