Ronald J. Baxter was born on the 23rd of August, 1940, in Salt Lake City. His parents were Delmar and Loraine Baxter. Ronald was a hard worker, who enjoyed music and enjoyed going to swap meets. He was preceeded in death by both of his parents. Ronald is survived by his brother,Robert, and Patsy Baxter, and another brother,Todd Royce. Ronald will always be deeply missed and remembered by all who knew him.
