Lucile "Lucy" E. Perdue Duncan, 82, of Indianapolis, died Jan. 7. Mrs. Duncan retired from her position as executive secretary at the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors, in 1991. She was also a member of the Crooked Creek Baptist Church. Survivors: husband George R. Duncan; son Stephen A. Duncan; daughter Rebecca L. Duncan-Nerad and son-in-law Charles A. Nerad; former daughter-in-law Sherry L. Duncan; grandchildren Scott A. Duncan and wife Carla Duncan; great grandchildren Jessie, Connor, Savanna, Sophie; friend Verna (Gracie) Thompson. Visitation will be held Jan. 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with services immediately following at 1 p.m., at Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center at Washington Park North. Entombment will be at Washington Park North Cemetery.
