Service: 10 a.m. Saturday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Randy was a 1971 graduate of Richland High School, where he was active in ROTC. He retired after many years of service with the city of North Richland Hills.
Survivors: Wife of 32 years, Sue Rainbolt; daughters, Christy Espenschied and husband, Robert, and Amanda Osborne and husband, Chris; brother, Paul Rainbolt and wife, Rita; sister, Debra Wood and husband, Butch; and best friend, Tim Doyle and wife, Pam.
