Mrs. Hazel Jane Carpenter, 53, of 17 Church St. died in her home Tuesday (June 24, 1969).
Born in the Town of Nunda, she had lived in Dansville for the past 21 years.
Surviving are four sons, Charles, James and John of Dansville and William who is serving with the U.S. Navy and is stationed in Hawaii; two sisters, Mrs. Thelma Kemp and Mrs. Harriet Reniff of Byersville; and 11 grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Chamberlin Funeral Home where a funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. tomorrow. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Nunda. (GCE, June 26, 1969, p1)
