She was the daughter of Madison Kelley and Elizabeth Phelps Kelley.

Mrs. Elizabeth P. Brayton
Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth P. Breton, widow of Colonel George M. Brayton, United States Army, retired, who died Monday at her apartments in the Wyoming will be held Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock at the residence of Henry K. Willard, 1333 K Street Northwest. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Henry A. Brown, Chaplain of the United States Army. Interment which will be private will be in Arlington National Cemetery beside the body of her husband. Mrs. Brayton was born in Ohio. She came to Washington with her husband in 1898 and had lived here since. Colonel Brayton died in this city two years ago. Mrs. Brayton leaves no close relatives.
