Morrisville Station
Jan 31 - Little Sylvia Palmiter passed away
on Tuesday morning, aged two years, five
months and three days. She was the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Dewitt C. Palmiter of this
place. For several weeks she had struggled
with the whooping cough and a week ago Sunday
was taken suddenly ill with pneumonia. One
of the best nurses in Syracuse was secured
and every effort made to save the young life.
She was a beautiful little girl and intell-
igent beyond her years. The funeral will be
held on Thursday at 2 o'clock. Rev. William
A. Aiken of Auburn will officiate. The
heart broken parents have the sympathy
of all in their great affliction. Besides
her parents she leaves a little baby brother
four months old, who too is ill with the
whooping cough.
