John J. Bikus, age 91, WWII US Army decorated Purple Heart war Veteran, former resident of Chicago, IL. At rest Sept. 8, 2007. Devoted husband of the late Ann C., nee Norkus; cherished father of John J. (Madeline) and Bernadette (Dr. August Rymut); proud grandfather of John III (Ann), Christopher (Sandy), Capt. Kathleen U.S.A., Daniel, Sandra, Karen and Jennifer Rymut; extremely proud great-grandfather of John IV "Joey", Jeffrey, Jackson, Callum, Madock, Ashton and Catalina; dear brother of the late Walter (Frances); fond brother-in-law of Bernice Trump; also survived by other nieces and nephews. Member of the Darius - Girenas A.L. Post 271 and The Cardinal Mundelein Knights of Columbus. Visitation Wednesday 2 to 8 p.m. at The Beidelman Kunsch Funeral Home, 516 S. Washington St., Naperville. Family and friends are asked to meet Thursday at Nativity B.V.M. Church, 6900 S. Washtenaw Ave., Chicago, at 11 a.m. for a mass of Christian burial. Interment St. Casimir Cemetery.
