Survived by his wife Bobbie Jean (Wade), 3 sons Jason and Zachery all of the home, Justin and daughter Tara both of Salt Lake City; mother Lois Smith, and 2 sisters Charlotte Downs and Jill Smith all of Murray, Utah, and brothers Rex and Mike both of Salt Lake.

Services 10 am Wednesday, Guardian West Chapel. Friends may call at the funeral home until 9 am Wednesday.
