FORMER RESIDENT DIES IN OMAHA

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Burdish Koory, Omaha, were held Saturday morning at 8:00 o'clock at the John Gentleman mortuary and at 8:30 from St. Mary Magdalene's church with Monsignor Sinne officiating. Burial was made in Holy Sepulcher cemetery in Omaha.
Mrs. Koory passed away on Thursday morning at 1:30 in an Omaha hospital, where she had been since her return from California last November. She had been in failing health for the past two years.
Mrs. Koory as Miss Anna Burdish was born September 26, 1889. On February 12, 1906 she was united in marriage to Dr. S. B. Koory. To this union were born six children.
She leaves to mourn her passing four daughters, Mrs. Jack Pollard of Dublin, Madona (sic), a nurse in St. Catherine's hospital in Omaha, Anita and Fetna, Schuyler; two sons, Amal and Joseph of Schuyler; one brother, of California; two grandchildren, and one brother in law, Thomas Shannon, of Omaha.
Mrs. Koory will be greatly missed by her large circle of friends in and about Schuyler.
Those from Schuyler who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Edward Guynan, jr., Wm. Greggor and Betty Vaughn, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Pollard, and Anita, Fetna, Joseph and Amal Koory.
