Mr. Davis had formerly been employed on the B and O. Railroad, his home being in Fitzhenry. For several years he had been unable to pursue his work on account of his advanced years and he finally took up his residence here.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Davis: also by five sons and two daughters - William, of Latrobe: Harry, of Bradenville; Sidney of Gratztown; Frank of Bradenville; Glynn of Bradenville; Mrs. Edward Speck, of Smithton; and Mrs. J.J.Kelly, of Latrobe.
Funeral services will be held at the Hill-House, on Thursday, January 4th. Interment will follow in the Unity cemetery
