Rogers ~ John Marion Clement, 46, of Rogers, died Wednesday in a Fort Leavenworth, Kansas hospital. He was born Sept 23, 1919 in Cave Springs. He was a veteran of World War II, and a member of the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Disabled American Veterans.

Survivors are five sisters, Mrs. Mary Royster, of Rogers, Mrs. Carmen Cash, Mrs. Jessie Fields, Mrs. Rena Jo Newell all of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Maureen Brooks of Yocum, Tex., and two brothers, Climax and James, both of Compton, Calif.

Funeral will be at 2 pm, Saturday at Burns Chapel with burial in Bentonville Cemetery. [Northwest Arkansas Times - Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas -Thursday, February 17, 1966]
