Preceded in death by his parents, Davis and Margaret Fayard, sister Mary Ellen and brother Mark Joseph.
Followed in death by his brother Michael G. Fayard.
Survivors: wife, Dorothy Shoemaker Fayard of St. Martin, sons, Roger Fayard, Gulfport, Charles and Matthew Fayard, St. Martin and David A. Fayard, Ocean Springs, sisters, Martha Fountain, Biloxi, Nadine McCormick, Moss Point and Cheryl Fayard, Biloxi, brother, Paul Fayard, Biloxi, 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
