Barbara Ann Arlington Auxier, 92, a resident of Cynthiana, died Tuesday, Dec 12, 2006 at Grandhaven Nursing Home.

She was born Nov 24, 1914 in Wheeling, W. Va., a daughter of the late John B and Chloe Stevens Arlington.

She was a member of Cynthiana Christian Church and was a retired physical therapist having worked at Harrison Memorial Hospital.

Her husband Freddie R. Auxier and sons, Everett (Buddy) Auxier and Larry Gene Auxier, preceded her in death.

Survivors include: her son Ted (Peggy) Auxier of Cynthiana, three daughters, Betty (Bob) Bullock of Lexington, Judy (Charles) Lee, Mt. Sterling, and Patsy (Tom) Chaney, Union, Ky.; one brother, Ben Arlington of allegan, Nich; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec 15 at 11 a.m. at Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home officiated by Dr. Larry W. Bishop. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Battle Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Brady Chaney, Andy Chaney, David Auxier, Mark Auxier, Mike Bullock, Tim Wilson and Lee Picklesimer.
