Joseph, Sarah, their son Benoni (one of 10 children) and his wife, Ann, moved to Groton 14 Dec., 1715 (per church records.) After Sarah's death (27 Feb 1717), Joseph returned to Rowley, married Elizabeth Wood, and remained at Rowley until his death 16 Dec 1730. He and many other family members are buried at Rowley Burial Ground, Rowley, Massachusetts.
