Mr. Raymond Brock, 82, died Sunday, Oct. 15, 2006, in Greenville. He was born Aug. 24, 1924 in Ennis, the son of Joe and Myrtle Leach Brock. He married Billie Jo Willig in San Diego, CA. He served in the U.S. Navy and retired from the railroad. He was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his sons, Billy Ray Brock of Yuma, AZ and Lee Roy Brock of San Diego, CA; a daughter, Carolynn Brock of Spring Valley, CA; granddaughter, Terri Lee Brock of San Diego; grandson, Russell Ray Brock of Fort Walton, FL; a brother, Donald Brock of El Cajon, CA; a sister and her husband, Dixie Lee and Bob Ledferd of Greenville. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, a brother, J.B. Brock and a sister, Thelma Irene Canaday. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Keever Chapel. Interment will be in the LaVista Cemetery in National City, CA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday.
