He is married to Lowanda (Williams) Rounds. Albert was a U.S. Army veteran serving in WWII. He worked as an inspector for John Deere Harvester Works, East Moline retiring in 1983. After his retirement he opened Olde Time Trading in Moline with his wife. Albert was a member of Moline American Legion Post #246, Moline V.F.W. #2153, and Moline Masonic Lodge #1014 AF & A.M.
