Mrs. Wilhelmina Landseadel Powell, 53, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Carl Walz, southwest of Arcadia, last night following an illness of several months.
The deceased was born near Batesville, Ind., March 24, 1889, the daughter of Henry and Catherine Landseadel. She came to this county early in her life and had been a resident of this section continuously since. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Edward Leininger, Tipton; a brother, Henry Landseadel of Elwood; two dsughters; Mrs. Walz and Mrs. Gerald Kakasuloff of Elwood and one son, Herschel Powell of Tipton.
Four grandchildren also survive.
