Patricia Ann Cook, age 72, of 113 Greenmeadow Lane, Chambersburg, passed away October 11, 2009 at home. She was born October 1, 1937 in New Franklin, Pa. to Crawford and Beatrice (Rine) Johns. She was the widow of Irvin W. Cook. She is survived by her four children: Patricia A. Juray, Tina Marie Cook, Adam Cook of Chambersburg and Ronald Cook of Mechanicsburg. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, Robin Kay Cook Ardrey and a son, Irvin W. Cook Jr. Graveside services will be held Saturday Oct. 17th at 11:00AM in Lincoln Cemetery with Rev. Ron Dull officiating. Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 725 Norland Ave, Chambersburg, PA will be handling the arrangements.
